"Freedom Wars Remastered: Weapon Types Detailed"

In *Freedom Wars Remastered*, players have the exciting opportunity to tailor their combat experience by selecting any two from a diverse arsenal of six weapon types before embarking on an Operation. Whether you prefer a swift, agile approach or a heavy, impactful style, there's a combination to suit every playstyle. Each weapon type boasts unique characteristics and can be customized to enhance your effectiveness in battle.

To expand your weapon collection, you can either complete Operations or visit Zakka in The Warren to make purchases. While you can't dictate the weapons your Comrades use, you have complete freedom to equip and modify your Accessory's weaponry at any time. There's no advantage or disadvantage to frequently switching weapons or sticking to a favorite set, so feel free to experiment to find your perfect setup.

Every Weapon Type in Freedom Wars Remastered

- Charged attacks can propel you into the air at the end of a combo.
- Slightly slows your movement speed when equipped.
Polearm - Most attacks involve charging through enemies, helping you evade incoming attacks.
- Charged attacks allow you to throw the polearm for massive damage from a safe distance.
Assault Weapons - High total ammo capacity, perfect as a primary weapon for gun-focused builds.
- Can be fired while grappled with your Thorne, enabling better angles or safe-distance shooting.
Portable Artillery - High single-shot damage but with limited overall ammo capacity.
- Explosive AOE shots capable of hitting multiple limbs, increasing damage output.
- Slows your movement speed when equipped.
Autocannons - High rate of fire with substantial ammo capacity and magazine size.
