Freedom Wars Remastered: Maximizing Combat Item Loadouts
Freedom Wars Remastered offers diverse loadout options, but Combat Items, being consumables, often require strategic management. This guide addresses both equipping and acquiring more Combat Items.
Equipping Multiple Combat Items
Initially, you're limited to one Combat Item. To increase your capacity:
- Access the "Claim Entitlements" option via the Window On Liberty in your cell.
- Navigate to the Equipment section.
- Locate the "One-Item Permit" and subsequent permits. Each permit unlocks an additional Combat Item slot, up to a maximum of four.
These permits become available as you progress the story, easily obtainable by CODE level 3. Note that later permits only appear after purchasing the preceding one. Equipping a Combat Item automatically equips your entire stack of that item.
Your Accessory slot also allows for one Combat Item, deployed at its discretion.
Acquiring More Combat Items
After completing the early missions, The Warren HUB area opens, containing Zakka's store. Here, you can purchase Combat Items:
- Munitions: Items dealing direct combat damage.
- Medical Supplies: Items for healing, ailment removal, or ammo replenishment.
Individual Combat Item purchases can be expensive in Entitlement Points. Consider donating excess resources to offset this cost, particularly for high-demand items like Medkits. While Operations occasionally reward Combat Items, this isn't a reliable farming method due to the time investment and potential consumption exceeding gains.
