Hyundai partners with Kartrider Rush+ for exciting new collaboration

When it comes to promoting your newest vehicle, if you're a car manufacturer, there are a variety of options at your disposal. You could launch a slick new advertising campaign, secure a celebrity endorsement, or perhaps introduce your new car to players in the form of an in-game kart in KartRider Rush+. Hyundai has opted for the latter strategy, teaming up once again with Nexon's hit kart racer, KartRider Rush+.

The collaboration brings the new Insteroid concept car kart into the game. Designed by Hyundai Motors Europe Design Center, the Insteroid is inspired by the INSTER, an electric SUV from Hyundai. But the Insteroid isn't the only addition; players can also get their hands on the new Glitched Hyundai Aura and an EV Charging Connector adorned in the vibrant GOGOGOrange color scheme.

To celebrate this partnership, an in-game event is running until April 28th. By using a Boost Shard at least once during the event, players are automatically entered into a draw to win 30 Lucky Star Jewels. These jewels can then be exchanged for various items via the Starlight Treasure Hunt, adding an extra layer of excitement to the collaboration.

KartRider Rush+ and Hyundai Collaboration

Notably, the Insteroid is not just an in-game kart but also a real-world concept car. While it may not hit production lines anytime soon, its presence in the game serves as a powerful promotional tool. In my opinion, it's certainly more fashionable than the Cybertruck featured in Fortnite.
