Royal Petrol gas station loyalty program

The company Royal Petrol LLP owns and operates fueling station networks under the Royal Petrol and Continent brands.

Program - a loyalty program for regular and new customers of the Royal Petrol gas stations and Continent mini markets. Through this program, the Company, at its discretion, rewards Members for purchases by awarding bonus points (Bonuses), offering special discounts, and providing tailored promotions based on Participant interests.

Rules - the official terms and conditions of the loyalty program for members.

Participant - an individual, aged 14 or older and legally permitted to make everyday minor transactions, who is registered in the Program according to the Rules. Participants must be individuals who possess a valid individual identification number as issued under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire) - information provided by an individual wishing to join the Program during registration, as specified in the Rules. By submitting the Questionnaire, the Participant voluntarily and in their own interest grants the Company full consent to process their personal data (in compliance with the Republic of Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On Personal Data and Their Protection"). Processing methods include, but are not limited to: organizing and conducting promotional mailings via email, instant messengers, SMS, telephone, or post; and processing data using automated systems and computers, including database creation. This consent remains valid until formally revoked in writing by the Program Participant.

Virtual Card - an electronic Card generated within the Mobile Application, which has no physical form.

Site - the Company's official website at https://www.royal-petrol.kz, which hosts information about the Program.

Mobile application – Royal Petrol software designed for smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices on iOS and Android platforms. The Company owns the Mobile Application.

Bonus points (Bonuses) are reward units accrued by the Company when a Participant buys goods at Royal Petrol stations under Program terms. 1 Bonus point equals 1 Kazakhstani Tenge as per Program rules. Bonuses can only be used for purchases within the Royal Petrol station network.

Bonus account of the Program Participant (Bonus account) – a record within the Program Database containing registration details and information on accrued/spent Bonuses and the Participant's current balance.
