- Disney Dreamlight Valley's newest update is arriving soon, bringing Pocahontas into the fold!

In "Whispers of the Wind," you'll encounter this iconic character, who will eventually become a resident of the Valley.
Pocahontas will also assist players in revealing the mysteries behind new, strange phenomena.

The sheer depth and breadth of Disney's animated legacy are evident in the fact that even years after its launch, Disney Dreamlight Valley has yet to include every beloved character. The upcoming "Whispers of the Wind" update on April 8th promises to be a highlight for many fans by officially introducing Pocahontas to the game.

Fans of Disney from the early 2000s need little introduction to Pocahontas. This cherished, albeit occasionally debated, adaptation of the Powhatan princess's story remains a cult favorite among enthusiasts, regardless of its historical accuracy.

In this new adventure, Disney Dreamlight Valley invites you to meet Pocahontas and welcome her into your community. She will bring her own home to the Valley and help uncover the secrets behind mysterious changes affecting the moon and tides across the land.

Another Iconic Character

I must admit, I was initially surprised that Dreamlight Valley had not yet tapped into every corner of Disney's rich history. However, given nearly a century of animation, it hardly comes as a shock.

Pocahontas itself was quite controversial when released, particularly for American audiences due to its relatively recent historical setting—a fact I recall from my media studies days. Yet, for many fans, the film holds significant importance during their formative years, much like Snow White or Cinderella. These players will undoubtedly welcome her addition.
