Marvel Studios has unveiled a teaser trailer for their upcoming film, The Fantastic Four: First Steps. The brief clip, titled "PREPARE 4️⃣ LAUNCH," depicts children excitedly rushing towards a shop window displaying vintage televisions. These screens show a rocket launch, the Fantastic Four donning spacesuits, and the "Prepare 4 Launch" message. The 1960s retro-futuristic setting is evident in both the televisions and the overall aesthetic.

The full trailer will debut at 7 AM ET (4 AM PT) on February 4th.

Scheduled for release on July 25, 2025, the MCU film stars Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing. Ralph Ineson portrays Galactus, and Julia Garner is Silver Surfer. The supporting cast includes Paul Walter Hauser, John Malkovich, Natasha Lyonne, and Sarah Niles. Matt Shakman directs, with Kevin Feige producing.

Set in a vibrant, 1960s-inspired retro-futuristic world, Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: First Steps introduces Marvel's First Family – Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby), Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Joseph Quinn), and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) – as they confront their most formidable challenge yet. Balancing their heroic duties with their familial bonds, they must defend Earth from the voracious space god Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his mysterious Herald, Silver Surfer (Julia Garner). And if Galactus's plan to consume the planet wasn't enough, things take a deeply personal turn.
At NYCC in October, artwork showcased several key MCU characters, including the first live-action glimpse of H.E.R.B.I.E. (Humanoid Experimental Robot B-Type Integrated Electronics).
Speculation abounds regarding Robert Downey Jr.'s potential return as Doctor Doom, either in The Fantastic Four: First Steps or in a future appearance. Feige has confirmed the Fantastic Four's presence in both Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars.
