Marvel Rivals Season 1 unleashes new characters, maps, and modes, including a fresh set of challenges rewarding players with free items, such as a Thor skin. This guide focuses on triggering Recursive Destruction in the Empire of Eternal Night: Midtown map.

What is Recursive Destruction?

The initial "Blood Moon Over the Big Apple" challenge requires triggering Recursive Destruction. This involves destroying Dracula-influenced objects that then reappear in their original state. Identifying these objects is key.

To locate these objects, utilize Chrono Vision (accessed via the "B" key on PC or the right D-pad button on consoles). Only red-highlighted objects will trigger Recursive Destruction.

Triggering Recursive Destruction in Empire of Eternal Night: Midtown

This challenge is exclusive to the Quick Match (Midtown) mode. Begin by participating in the Fantasticar objective. Initially, no red-highlighted objects will be present. Wait for the first checkpoint; two buildings will then appear, capable of triggering Recursive Destruction.

Destroy these buildings multiple times. The reappearance might be difficult to notice amidst the action, but repeated strikes should complete the challenge. If unsuccessful, replay the match. After completing this, focus on subsequent challenges involving Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman.
