'An Audience With The King' is exclusively obtained through Favours.

Omens: Highly Coveted Currency

Omens are powerful items that modify the effects of other currency items. Examples include Omens of Annulment (specific modifier removal) and Omens of Alchemy (specific modifier addition). Their rarity makes them valuable trading assets.
