When Does Every Party Member Join In Metaphor: ReFantazio?

Metaphor: ReFantazio boasts eight playable characters, including the protagonist. This guide details when each party member joins your adventuring group, noting that some join dates are tied to story events. Beware: minor story spoilers ahead!

Each character's Archetype unlocks individually, and once unlocked, becomes available to all party members. Early members may initially be AI-controlled.

Party Member Join Dates:

Storhl (Warrior): Joins on June 5th (Border Fort event), but his Archetype awakens on June 6th (Nord Mines). Until then, he's AI-controlled.
Grius: Joins after the Border Fort events, but becomes fully playable on June 6th, after Storhl's Archetype awakens. Grius doesn't undergo a traditional Archetype awakening.
Hulkenberg (Knight): Begins interacting with the party on June 10th. Her Archetype awakens and she joins the fight on June 11th (boss battle).
Heismay (Thief): His Archetype awakens and he joins the party on July 4th within Martira's main dungeon.
Junah (Masked Dancer): Junah's Archetype awakens and she joins the party on August 13th.
Eupha (Summoner): Eupha's join date is flexible. She joins for the final boss fight on whichever day between August 19th and September 4th you complete the Dragon Temple Dungeon. Her Bond quest, however, begins after this period.
Basilio (Berserker): Awakens and joins the party during the Saint's Day events on September 11th. He becomes fully usable the following day.
