Mecha BREAK to Unlock All Starting Mechs After Feedback

Authore: ChloeUpdate:May 03,2025

Mecha BREAK, the exciting multiplayer mech game, recently wrapped up its open beta test on Steam on March 16. The test was a massive success, attracting over 300,000 players at its peak and securing its spot as the 5th most wishlisted game on the platform. The developers at Amazing Seasun have been actively engaging with the community, and they're now considering a significant change in response to player feedback: making all mechs, known as Break Strikers, available from the start of the game.

During the open beta, players started with access to just one Break Striker. To unlock the full roster of 12 mechs, they had to grind through numerous multiplayer matches to earn the necessary in-game currency. This process could be quite time-consuming, leading to feedback from the community about the desire for quicker access to all mechs.

Amazing Seasun is contemplating adjustments not only to the availability of Break Strikers but also to the usage of mech modules in both 3v3 and 6v6 competitive modes. However, they have not made any firm commitments yet. The developers believe that adopting a live service model at launch is crucial for the long-term success and sustainability of Mecha BREAK.
