NetEase Games' Marvel Rivals kicks off Season 1: Eternal Night Falls with a generous surprise: free Peni Parker and Scarlet Witch skins! Dracula's attack on New York City sets the stage, with the Fantastic Four leading the charge. The season runs from January 10th to April 11th, 2025.

This season introduces the complete Fantastic Four to the game's roster. Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman are available at launch, while Human Torch and The Thing arrive in a mid-season update (rumored to be a Duelist and Vanguard, respectively).

Players can acquire free cosmetics, including the Peni Parker Blue Tarantula skin (page three of the battle pass) and the Scarlet Witch Emporium Matron skin (page nine). While the battle pass itself costs 990 Lattice (approximately $10), completing quests and earning Chrono Tokens unlocks these skins and other free rewards. Note that Scarlet Witch's MVP animation requires the premium battle pass. A separate Midnight Features event offers a free Thor skin through quest completion.

The in-game shop boasts new villainous skins for Invisible Woman (Malice) and Mister Fantastic (The Maker), adding to the season's exciting additions. The overwhelmingly positive fan response highlights the success of Season 1's content.
