How to Get Lapras EX:
The only way to get Lapras EX is by battling AI opponents using Lapras-themed Water decks. Victories yield Promo Packs, each containing a single card. These packs offer a chance at several cards, including:
- Mankey
- Pikachu
- Clefairy
- Butterfree
- Lapras EX
While the drop rates appear even, obtaining Lapras EX relies on luck. You might get it immediately, or it could take many packs. To maximize your chances, focus on the Expert stage, which guarantees a Promo Pack after each battle. Other stages offer a chance, but not a guaranteed drop.
