Infinity Nikki, the latest installment in the popular Nikki series, has shattered expectations, generating nearly $16 million in mobile game revenue within its first month. This surpasses previous Nikki titles by a staggering 40 times, marking a significant milestone for developer Infold Games (Papergames in China). Launched in December 2024, the game's captivating world of Miraland and charming characters have resonated strongly with players. The impressive revenue stems from in-app purchases of cosmetic items, outfits, and other game features.

The game's success story begins with a strong launch, earning over $1.1 million on its first day. While daily revenue fluctuated subsequently, a Version 1.1 update sparked a notable resurgence. Weekly earnings showed a robust $3.51 million in the first week, followed by $4.26 million and $3.84 million in the second and third weeks respectively. Although revenue tapered to $1.66 million by the fifth week, the cumulative total still reached approximately $16 million within the first month. This significantly outpaces both Love Nikki's ($383,000) and Shining Nikki's ($6.2 million) first-month performances.

China Plays a Pivotal Role

A key driver of Infinity Nikki's success is its remarkable reception in China, where it garnered over 5 million downloads, contributing to over 42% of the game's total downloads. This highlights the significant impact of the Chinese market on the game's financial achievement.

Post-Launch Performance and Updates

Initial daily revenue peaked at over $1.1 million on December 6th, but subsequently declined. By December 18th, daily revenue had dropped to $787,000. A low point of $141,000 was reached on December 26th. However, the Version 1.1 update on December 30th resulted in a significant rebound, boosting daily revenue to $665,000 – almost triple the previous day's earnings.
