4. Defeating an Abyssal Patricius.
5. Collecting a supply chest and pursuing the Abyssal Patricius.
6. A final encounter with the Abyssal Patricius.
7. Collecting a Tidal Supply chest from Insula.

This weakens the second barrier on the Command Rise Tower.

Shadow of the Towers: Command Rise

This sub-quest activates upon completing the previous two. The steps are:

1. Speaking with Insula and Itzel at the camp northeast of the Command Rise Tower.
2. Using the Wingray to reach the Command Rise Tower.
3. Entering the tower and following quest markers.
4. Collecting supply chests throughout the tower, utilizing grappling mechanics to reach higher levels.
5. Defeating an Abyssal Patricius.
6. Collecting a Call of the Abyss Rectifier and a Premium Supply chest.
7. Speaking with Insula and Itzel after using the portal.
