Fortnite Rumored to Crossover with Popular Anime Kaiju No. 8

Recent leaks suggest a potential crossover between the immensely popular battle royale game, Fortnite, and the hit anime series, Kaiju No. 8. Given Kaiju No. 8's current global popularity, this collaboration would be a logical move for Epic Games. Further fueling speculation, rumors also point towards a possible Demon Slayer crossover.

The buzz began with a prominent Fortnite leaker's tweet hinting at the Kaiju No. 8 collaboration. This follows the game's recent Winterfest event conclusion and the release of its first 2025 major update. This update introduced new cosmetics, gameplay tweaks (such as using Fortnite Festival instruments as back blings and pickaxes), and a local co-op mode for Fortnite Festival.

Kaiju No. 8, which started as a manga and received an anime adaptation in 2024 (with a second season slated for 2025), centers on Kafka Hibino, who gains kaiju-transforming abilities after an unusual encounter.
