Where to Find Sneasel and Weavile

Given their Ice/Dark typing in the main series games, you might expect to find Sneasel and Weavile in Pokémon Sleep's Snowdrop Tundra. However, in Pokémon Sleep, they are classified as Dark-type Pokémon (the game doesn't support dual typing).

Conveniently, they also appear on Greengrass Isle, making them accessible to all players, even those who haven't unlocked Snowdrop Tundra. If you're on a different island and want to catch them, use an EZ Travel Ticket to change your research location.

Sleep Types for Sneasel and Weavile

Both Sneasel and its evolution, Weavile, are Dozing-type Pokémon. To increase your chances of encountering them on Snowdrop Tundra or Greengrass Isle, ensure your sleep type for the night is also Dozing.

Sneasel is easier to find during Sleep Research. Evolving it into Weavile requires 80 Sneasel Candy and a Razor Claw. However, you'll still need to encounter Weavile in the wild for Sleep Research data.

Sneasel's value lies in its ability to collect Wiki Berries, making it a strong addition to your Snowdrop Tundra team. It also provides an "Extra Tasty" boost to your dishes. Its ingredient requirements include sought-after items, so a Sneasel with good ingredients is a valuable asset.
