Get ready for Ralts Community Day Classic in January 2025! Niantic has announced that Ralts will be the star of this month's Community Day Classic event. This guide details the event specifics, bonuses, and in-game purchase options.
January's Community Day Classic: Ralts Spotlight
On January 25th, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (local time), trainers will have a heightened chance of encountering Ralts, including its shiny form.
A special research story focused on Ralts will be available for $2 USD. Completing this research unlocks rewards including a Premium Battle Pass, a Rare Candy XL, and three Ralts encounters featuring unique Dual Destiny-themed backgrounds.
Evolving Ralts into Kirlia during the event (or within the five-hour post-event window) yields a Gardevoir or Gallade with the powerful Charged Attack "Synchronoise" (80 power in Trainer Battles, Gyms, and Raids).
A Timed Research offering 4 Sinnoh Stones and a Ralts encounter (with a Dual Destiny-themed background) will also be available. Unlike the main Community Day event, this research lasts for a week after the event concludes.

- ¼ Hatch Distance for Eggs
- 3-hour duration for Lure Modules and Incense

An Ultra Community Day Box ($4.99 USD) containing 10 Ultra Balls, 1 Elite Charged TM, and a Special Research ticket will be available for purchase at the Pokémon GO Web Store starting January 21st, 2025, at 10:00 AM (local time).
Two Community Day bundles will also be offered in the in-game shop:
- 1,350 PokéCoins: 50 Ultra Balls, 5 Super Incubators, 1 Elite Charged TM, 5 Lucky Eggs
- 480 PokéCoins: 30 Ultra Balls, 1 Incense, 3 Super Incubators, 1 Lure Module
Community Day Classic: A Monthly Tradition
Niantic hosts a Community Day Classic each month, featuring a different Pokémon. These events offer increased encounter rates for the featured Pokémon (including shinies), an exclusive move for its evolution, and various in-game bonuses. The December event is a special two-day event with multiple Pokémon.
