Samsung Notes: Your All-in-One Note-Taking Solution

Samsung Notes is a powerful application for creating, editing, and collaborating on documents across your mobile devices, tablets, and PCs. It seamlessly blends traditional note-taking with advanced features, making it ideal for both personal and professional use.

Getting Started:

Begin by creating a new note. Simply tap the "+" icon in the bottom right corner of the main screen. New notes are saved with the ".sdocx" extension.

Note Security:

Protect your sensitive notes with a password.

1. Access the main screen's "More Options" (usually three vertical dots) in the upper right corner, then navigate to "Settings" and select "Lock Note."
2. Choose a locking method and set your password.
3. Individually lock notes by accessing the "More Options" on the specific note's screen and selecting "Lock Note."

Enhanced Note-Taking:

• Handwriting: Capture your thoughts naturally with the Handwriting icon.
• Photo Integration: Easily add photos by tapping the photo icon. Edit, tag, and manage existing images within your notes.
• Audio Recording: Record voice memos directly within your notes using the Voice Recording icon.
• Versatile Writing Tools: Choose from a range of pens, pencils, highlighters, and more, customizing colors and thicknesses to your preference. Utilize the Eraser tool for precise edits.

Import and Sync:

Import notes and memos from other Samsung devices using Smart Switch. You can also import notes associated with your Samsung account.

App Permissions:

Samsung Notes requires certain permissions to function optimally. While optional permissions enhance functionality (adding photos, videos, audio, etc.), basic note-taking remains available even without granting them.

• Required Permissions: Storage (for file saving and loading).
• Optional Permissions: Photos & videos, Notifications, Music & audio, Phone, Microphone, Camera.
