The first Overflowing Palette in Thessaleo Fells can be found south of the Rinascita-Ragunna-Thessaleo Fells northern Resonance Beacon, inside a building. To get there, teleport to the waypoint, descend to the ground level to the south, then head north into the building. To solve this puzzle and turn all blocks blue, follow these steps:

Choose the red color to dye the four blue blocks in the center.
Select yellow to color the red blocks.
Use blue to paint all the yellow squares.

Continue south from the first location to find the second Overflowing Palette puzzle. The challenge here is to turn all blocks blue within just four steps. Here's how to do it:
