What is the Water Bubble in Fisch?
The Water Bubble surrounds you in a sphere, allowing you to breathe underwater. In essence, it functions similarly to Diving Gear. So, why choose this? It offers the same duration as Advanced Diving Gear (roughly 9 minutes) and has a more distinctive look. The quest to acquire it is also quite manageable, particularly if you've recently obtained the Kraken Rod.
How to Obtain the Water Bubble in Fisch
Travel to the Grand Reef and speak with the Bubble Mermaid NPC. You can find her on the shore of the largest island, near other NPCs like the Shipwright and Marley. Initiate a conversation with her, and she will offer to help you breathe underwater in exchange for some money and three pieces of Resin. While the money is usually easy to gather, obtaining the Resin can be more challenging.
How to Acquire Resin in Fisch
To find Resin, set sail for the Mushgrove Swamp (X:2,426, Y: 130, Z: -680). Once there, start fishing. The time this takes depends entirely on your preparation. If you possess the Kraken Rod and a dose of Server Luck, you can increase your odds by a significant 10–20%.
Conversely, if you lack these advantages, the base chance of catching Resin is extremely low, around 0.04%. Regardless, you will need to catch three pieces.
Once you have three Resin in your inventory, return to the Bubble Mermaid. Hand over the three Resin and $25,000 to receive the Water Bubble as an equippable tool. Now you're ready to explore the depths in style.
