Inferno Dragon Evolution Card Launches in Clash Royale Following Long Wait

After years of anticipation, Clash Royale players can finally experience an evolved version of the Inferno Dragon. Nearly a decade since its introduction without an Evolution form, this fiery Legendary card receives a major power boost. Supercell marked the occasion with a special collaboration featuring Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola.

The new Evolution form dramatically enhances the Inferno Dragon's combat effectiveness. Unlike the original version that reset its damage when switching targets, the upgraded variant maintains its increasing damage output against new enemies.

Inferno Dragon Evolution Sparks New Season

The "How to Evolve Your Dragon!" season introduces both the Inferno Dragon Evolution and the returning 2v2 League. Players can partner up with friends or random allies to climb the competitive ranks.

Milestone Events beginning at Arena 7 offer valuable rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and unique cosmetic items.

Participants in Crown Chase #1 earn an exclusive Battle Banner with special frame and decoration plus an Epic Book of Cards. Crown Chase #2 follows with additional banner rewards and 3 Evolution Shards.

To showcase the new Evolution mechanics, developers have prepared multiple special Game Modes and Challenges throughout June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs June 2-9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge from June 6-9 offering exclusive Battle Banner and Emote rewards.

From June 9-16, Evolution Mayhem mode allows decks with up to 4 Evolution Cards. Magical Trio follows from June 16-23, succeeded by 4 Card Showdown June 23-30. The season concludes with Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) permitting up to 8 Evolution Cards per deck.
