Teleport to the nearest station. Upon arrival, you'll have the option to rent a bike, which will help you reach the NPC more quickly. Don't hesitate to take advantage of this.

Your target is a girl named Mysti. Engage in conversation with her, and she'll provide the details needed to complete the mission.

Mysti will ask you to wear a simple fishing outfit. By this stage in the game, you should ideally have a complete fishing costume, which is perfect for this quest.
