What's In Store?

First on the list is the highly anticipated Group Ironman mode. If you've been yearning for a way to experience RuneScape with your friends, without any external assistance, this feature is for you. Set to launch later this year, Group Ironman allows you and up to four friends to embark on a fresh adventure. It's all about teamwork, with no XP bonuses from outsiders—just you and your crew taking on the game world.

This autumn, prepare to challenge The Gate of Elidinis, a new Skilling Boss. You'll be navigating the Sanctum of Rebirth to discover a hidden shrine dedicated to the enigmatic goddess Elidinis. This forms part of an exciting new story quest.

The roadmap promises a slew of story quests throughout 2024 and 2025. This winter, a new quest will bring back classic storylines, taking you back to the Desert to resolve unfinished business with Amascut. Once you've completed the Desert Finale quests, you'll face off against Amascut, the Devourer, in a thrilling new end-game boss encounter.

Skilling enthusiasts have much to look forward to with 110 skilling updates on the way. This year, expect the Woodcutting & Fletching update, featuring a new skill tree and unlockable weapons. In 2025, brace for 110 RuneCrafting and 110 Crafting updates.

The seasonal event 'Harvest Hollow' is set to debut later this year, offering a new quest, spooky rewards, and eerie seasonal activities. As the year draws to a close, the 'Christmas Village' returns with new quests, festive activities, and a sleigh full of Christmas rewards.
