Legendary Sumi-E are exquisite ancient paintings of animals that you can create as either Naoe or Yasuke while exploring the wilds. When you're close to one, a painting icon will appear on your compass and map. To capture these, you'll need to crouch and sneak up on your subject. Once you're near, hold L2/LT to complete the painting. However, unlike regular Sumi-E, the legendary ones don't show up on the map, making them a bit trickier to find. There are five legendary Sumi-E in the game, and their availability depends on the season and time of day.
