The Pokémon Company has recently tackled the ongoing challenges fans face when trying to secure the latest Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) sets. In their statement on the Pokémon website, The Pokémon Company acknowledged the difficulties fans are experiencing in purchasing certain TCG products due to high demand. "We understand this inconvenience can be disappointing for fans, and we are actively working to print more of the impacted Pokémon TCG products as quickly as possible and at maximum capacity," they explained. They reassured fans that reprints would be made available at participating retailers as soon as possible.

Furthermore, The Pokémon Company is committed to enhancing production for future TCG expansions to ensure greater availability at launch and will continue to reprint products to restock, including at the Pokémon Center. Addressing the issue of scalping indirectly, they highlighted their commitment to providing a seamless purchasing experience at the Pokémon Center, utilizing technology like virtual queues during periods of high site traffic to prioritize fans.
