With the global temperatures rising, it's fitting that the excitement is heating up in Honkai: Star Rail as well. The latest update, version 3.2, titled "Through the Petals in the Land of Repose," introduces Trailblazers and Chrysos Heirs to a world of political intrigue and survival challenges in their Flame-Chase Journey.
This update introduces two new five-star characters that are sure to capture your attention. First, there's Castorice (Remembrance), who wields the spectral entity Netherwing—a dragonlike being that sacrifices its own HP to deal damage to enemies upon summoning. But fear not, as Netherwing regenerates HP as your allies take damage, ensuring a balanced gameplay experience.
On the other hand, Anaxa (Erudition) brings a more traditional approach to the battlefield. His attacks apply random weaknesses to enemies, and upon reaching a certain number of stacks, he can activate the Qualitative Disclosure state. This state not only boosts his damage output but also unlocks new, freely usable skill attacks, adding depth and strategy to your gameplay.
Even if these new characters don't pique your interest, you won't want to miss out on the wealth of new content in version 3.2. The first half of the update features a limited-time warp event, bringing back past five-star characters for another run. Additionally, dive into the new minigame, Seal Slammers, where you'll engage in a no-holds-barred, high-speed competition against your allies in a fun and ridiculous seal-themed challenge.
As Honkai: Star Rail celebrates its second anniversary, get ready for some festive events. The Star Rail World event invites players to collaborate with returning characters to organize a pan-galactic gala in a tycoon-like mode. And for those who enjoy live entertainment, the Honkai: Star Rail concert is scheduled to take place from May 1st to the 3rd, offering fans an unforgettable experience.
