Nightsister Merrin now has a new figure, while the series protagonist, Cal Kestis, is part of a three-pack alongside Turgle and Skoova Stev. Notably, Cal's figure includes multiple interchangeable heads, including one sporting a handlebar mustache. According to Houle, this distinctive look was a key focus for this release.

"Honestly, we just wanted to have fun with it," Houle shared with IGN. "This is one of my favorite packs that we revealed at the panel. We started with the handlebar mustache and the mullet, then added the clean-cut and short beard options later. For us, the primary look is almost the handlebar, and it's just so much fun."

As for Merrin, it was essential to include her alongside Cal, given her significance in the Fallen Order/Survivor saga. The challenge lay in capturing her unique Force abilities accurately.

"It's tough to have Cal without Merrin," Reiff explained. "We're glad we finally got to Merrin, and capturing that Force effect, the green blast, along with the intricate details of her new costume and face tattoos using inkjet technology, has been rewarding. She's a character fans are deeply invested in, and we're excited to further build out that world."

This year's lineup also features two familiar faces: Han Solo and Chewbacca. Despite the numerous iterations over the years, Houle believes there's still room for improvement.

"We haven't done them in a while," Houle noted. "They needed an update, so we gave them new tools, ensuring they're brand new with the latest articulation. This allows fans to enjoy classic characters with the latest technology and articulation. We've also made updates beyond just articulation, learning a lot from our previous Wookiee figures, especially with their long hair."

Houle continued, "We used softer plastics for Chewbacca so his head can pivot seamlessly despite the long hair. For Han, we added articulation but avoided the thigh break to keep the red stripes on his right thigh intact. Instead, we added articulation at the top of the boot, maintaining a clean look."

Everything Revealed at Hasbro's Star Wars Celebration 2025 Panel

Staying true to the series, The Ronin figure is primarily black and white, with only his red katana lightsaber adding a splash of color. As a Celebration-exclusive release, both Houle and Reiff were meticulous about the details.

"I love that we stayed true to the vision," Houle said. "We incorporated lessons from Japanese culture, ensuring the box's premium look, the use of magnets for opening, the clean aesthetics, the watercoloring, and hidden accessories on top of the box. We paid attention to every detail, from packaging to design and engineering."

Reiff added, "We even used Japanese language on the exclusive packaging, which we don't usually do. But since we're in Japan for the Celebration, we wanted to fully embrace the culture and create a special package in Japanese."

Lastly, Hasbro delighted fans of the 1:1 scale Black Series helmet line by unveiling a meticulously detailed Death Trooper helmet during their panel.

"It's a brand-new tooled helmet for the Black Series Premium roleplay line," Reiff stated. "It looks like it's straight out of the movie with its weathering and lighting details. You can control the chin lights and the spectre sensor lights with a button on the side. It's a great addition to our line, and working with Lucasfilm allowed us to use original files to capture all the helmet's details accurately, while adding our own touches to the interior, which the real ones never had."
