Guide to Finishing Hush, My Darling in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

In *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, the side quest "Hush, My Darling" is initiated in the Kuttenberg Region, specifically in the village of Miskowitz, located to the west of Kuttenberg City. This quest will put your blacksmithing skills to the test as you navigate through a series of tasks to help the local residents.

Speak with Martha

To kickstart the quest, make your way to Miskowitz and find Martha in the house connected to the village forge, which is in the southeast section. Upon entering, engage Martha in conversation and ask if she requires any assistance. When she mentions needing someone skilled in blacksmithing, affirm your abilities by saying, "I'm a blacksmith! I'd be glad to help," thereby accepting the side quest, "Hush, My Darling."

If you haven't yet, you can also speak with the bailiff about Matthew from the Dry Devil's group, who is conveniently standing next to Martha. This can help you locate her more easily.

Craft Horseshoes

For this part of the quest, you'll need to craft two Farmer's Horseshoes. If you have them already, having previously crafted them to improve your blacksmithing skills, you're all set. If not, gather two pieces of Scrap Metal and head to the forge to create the horseshoes. Once crafted, return to Martha with your handiwork.

Find Victoria

Martha will then request that the horseshoes be delivered to Victoria, who resides a bit south of the forge. Upon reaching her house and opening the first door on the left, you'll discover blood instead of Victoria. Approach the blood and inspect it when prompted during "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. Report back to Martha with your findings, and she'll suggest you search for Victoria at Sigismund's camp.

Sigismund’s Camp

Sigismund's camp is located south of Opatowitz. On your way, you might encounter Matthew if you're also on the trail for the Dry Devil. At the camp, seek out the blacksmith and inquire about Victoria. He'll recall a soldier named Black who took a liking to her. To find Black, head to the infirmary tent, as he's currently unwell.

Black will request medicine before he'll help you. Provide him with a Digestive Potion to alleviate his food poisoning. If you don't have one, craft it and return to administer it. Wait a couple of hours for the potion to take effect before Black can answer your questions.

He reveals that he spoke with Victoria and suspects she might have ventured into the woods to the east. Follow the quest marker on your map to find her sitting on a stump. Engage Victoria in conversation about her situation. Your dialogue choices here won't impact future events, but if you made Black promise to look after her, relaying this to Victoria can offer her hope.

This conversation marks the completion of "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. From here, you can proceed with the main quests or explore other side quests like "In Vino Veritas."
