Folio Society Unveils Lavish Hardcover of China Miéville's Perdido Street Station

China Miéville's Perdido Street Station is widely regarded as a landmark in the fantasy genre and a defining work within the "weird fiction" subgenre. Its critical acclaim makes it an ideal addition to The Folio Society's collection of deluxe hardcover editions.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of this iconic novel, The Folio Society is set to release a sumptuous 707-page hardcover edition of Perdido Street Station. This special edition features a new afterword by Miéville himself, along with a fresh set of illustrations by acclaimed artist Doug Bell. Bell's contributions include eight black and white chapter opening images, twelve full-color illustrations, and a meticulously crafted map of the city of New Crobuzon.
