With the treasure map in hand, your next step is to locate the actual treasure. Descend from the lighthouse and make your way to the nearby river. Follow the water north until you encounter a broken bridge, located just northeast of the Old Pargrun Wall and the Western Pargrun Wall Beacon fast travel point.

Continue to the southern end of the structure and descend to the river bed. Swim westward to find an opening that leads to a cave. Once inside and on solid ground, you'll discover a chest containing the treasure, the unique Wind and Wave shield.
