Design pixel art using Inktica—an intuitive and robust pixel art editor. You can create artwork inspired by the nostalgic low-resolution visuals of classic computers and gaming consoles or modify textures for games.

Inktica provides advanced tools tailored for pixel-level image editing. Key features include Brush, Eraser, Flood-fill, Gradient, Line, Rectangle, Ellipse, and Pipette—all optimized for pixel art. For example, the "pixel perfect" brush algorithm ensures precise, single-pixel-wide strokes.

Use Inktica's selection tool to copy, cut, move, and paste specific sections of your drawing or texture. You can also rotate or flip selections before placing them.

The app supports layers, helping you organize your pixel art and streamline editing for individual elements.

Bring your sprites to life with built-in animation tools. When creating pixel animations, enable the onion skin feature to compare the current frame with the previous one.

Choose from authentic color palettes inspired by retro consoles like Atari 2600, NES, and Game Boy, or import custom palettes from Lospec.

Work with a reference image from your gallery to match your drawing to a source quickly.
