Buraco, a member of the Canasta family, is a Rummy-style card game. The objective is to form melds using cards of the same rank and/or sequential cards of the same suit. Melds of seven or more cards are known as Buracos.

Traditionally a partnership game for four players, Buraco can also be enjoyed as a head-to-head duel.
