Top Seeds with Varied Final Four Histories
Each of these top-seeded teams has a unique story. This marks Duke's first Final Four appearance since Coach K's retirement in 2022, and the Blue Devils are currently the favorites to win the title. Florida secured back-to-back championships in 2006 and 2007 but hasn't reached the Final Four since 2014. For Auburn, this is only their second time ever advancing this far. Houston holds the record for the most Final Four appearances without a championship win (seven in total), with their most recent semi-final berth in 2021.
