Strategically position essential NPCs like Doryani (item identification), Ketzuli (disenchanting), and Alva (currency exchange) near the entrance for easy access. Don't forget to place Stashes and a Waypoint. Remember, while efficiency is key, aesthetic appeal matters, as other players might visit your Hideout.
