Acquiring the magnificent Stormcrow mount, Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren, is a rewarding endeavor in World of Warcraft. Named after the Siren's Isle zone within the War Within expansion, this mount is obtained through a multi-stage process tied to the dynamic "Storm" weather event. This guide will walk you through each step.

Gathering the Runekeys:

The acquisition of Thrayir requires collecting five unique Runekeys:

Whirling Runekey: This key drops from Ksvir the Forgotten, a rare spawn found in the southernmost chamber of the Forgotten Vault during a Storm.
Torrential Runekey: Collect seven Torrential Fragments from any enemy on Siren's Isle while a Storm is active.
Thunderous Runekey: Gather five Thunderous Fragments from any chest on Siren's Isle—the chest's location doesn't need to be within a Storm zone.
Cyclonic Runekey: This key is obtained through fishing anywhere on Siren's Isle during a Storm, or as a potential drop from Zek'ul the Shipbreaker in the Deadfin Mire.
Turbulent Runekey: Locate three Turbulent Fragments at these specific Siren's Isle locations near Kul Tiran ghosts:
- Behind the abandoned inn, dig in the garden.
- Inside a cave in the Rotting Hole zone (the ghost will be cowering).
- Inside the Spirit-Scarred Cave (the ghost offers the fragment).

The Final Ritual:

Once all Runekeys are in your possession, return to the Forgotten Vault on Siren's Isle only during the Seafury Tempest phase of the Storm event. Other phases won't trigger the ritual. Inside the eastern chamber, you'll find Thrayir's body on a platform with five runestone slots. Place each Runekey into its corresponding slot to initiate the "Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren" quest.
