While details remain scarce, Arrowhead's community engagement is evident. The success of Helldivers 2, a standout title of 2024, sets a high benchmark for their next venture. A recent update significantly boosted Helldivers 2's player count on PS5. The "Omens of Tyranny" update, a surprise drop at the 2024 Game Awards, introduced the long-awaited Illuminate enemy faction, a 4x4 Fast Recon Vehicle, and new urban warfare maps, delighting players. With a rumored Killzone crossover also on the horizon, Helldivers 2 appears poised for continued success in 2025.
