Get Ready for Subway Surfers' Veggie Hunt!
Subway Surfers is launching a new event: Veggie Hunt! Prepare for a healthy twist on the classic endless runner. You'll still be dodging trains and obstacles, but instead of coins and power-ups, you'll be collecting veggies!
A Healthier, Greener Subway Surfers
Starting August 26th, tomatoes, avocados, and lettuce become your prized possessions. Collect enough to make a sandwich and unlock a brand-new character: Billy Bean! Billy encourages players, especially children, to embrace healthier eating habits and environmental responsibility.
Veggie Hunt and the Green Game Jam
This event is part of Subway Surfers' participation in the Playing for the Planet Alliance's 2024 Green Game Jam. This annual challenge encourages game studios to incorporate environmental awareness into their games. This year's focus is on inspiring real-world action for the planet. Subway Surfers is contributing by adding eco-friendly elements to the game, including fun facts about the environmental impact of food choices.
Share Your Veggie Power!
The fun doesn't stop in-game! Subway Surfers encourages players to share their favorite meat-free recipes and Veggie Hunt sandwich creations on social media. Increased social media participation unlocks additional in-game rewards for everyone.
Join the Hunt in Sydney!
Veggie Hunt takes place in Sydney, Australia, the current destination of the Subway Surfers World Tour. Until September 15th, explore new food-themed boards like Cook-Express and Veggie Velocity. Download the game from the Google Play Store and join the fun!
