Asphalt Legends Unite has just unveiled one of its most surprising collaborations to date, featuring the iconic Sonic the Hedgehog. Sonic and his crew are now front and center in this season’s Racing Around the World event, which runs until June 26th.

All Your Favorite Characters Arrive in the Asphalt Legends Unite x Sonic the Hedgehog Collaboration

Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, Dr. Eggman, and even the adorable Chao have made their way into Asphalt Legends Unite. They are woven directly into the racing action with special character decals for select cars, plus a brand-new vehicle—the SSC Ultimate Aero TT.

This season’s Spotlight event has been uniquely designed to reflect the speed and energy of its special guests. Players will encounter two types of challenges. Collector Mode is back as Ring Collection Stages, where gathering golden rings keeps the timer going. You’ll also face off in intense 1v1 Challenge Stages against Sonic and his friends.

At the same time, the Linked Special Event offers the Mercedes AMG GT Black Series until June 4th, with supporting cars including the Arash AF-10, Porsche 911 50 Years Porsche Design, and Brabham BT62.

On May 30th, the season’s first Grand Prix begins, showcasing the Mercedes-Benz Mercedes-AMG ONE. It will be available until June 15th. Weekly Linked Special Events keep the action going—look out for the Lamborghini SC63 from June 5th–11th, the Porsche 911 GT3 RS from June 12th–18th, and the Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 from June 19th–26th.

What Else Is New?

On May 31st, Dragon Boat celebrations begin, featuring the Ferrari SF90 Stradale and Lamborghini Huracan STO. June 2nd marks World Environment Day with the McMurtry Spéirling.

Following that, the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento Star Hunt runs from June 6th–16th, and an Epic Hunt for the same vehicle takes place from June 16th–26th.

Additionally, a new Green Streak Mode introduces dynamic Nitro balancing. Race leaders will receive less Nitro from stunts and pickups, while those trailing behind earn a full boost.
