In My Time at Sandrock, building a life with your loved one involves more than just romance. To truly settle down, you'll need a double bed! Finding it can be tricky, so let's pinpoint the best place to get one.

Where to Buy a Double Bed in My Time at Sandrock

The easiest way to acquire a double bed is from By The Stairs, a shop located on the lower level of town, nestled between the Commerce Guild and the Civil Corps building. Arvio runs this shop, and the Yakboy Double Bed costs 6,250 Gols (though discounts might be available). Purchasing this bed is a crucial step towards marriage in My Time at Sandrock.

Keep in mind this 3x5 bed is for indoor use only. You'll also need a second Yakboy Double Bed to complete the side mission, "The President and His Wife." Given the cost, saving up beforehand is advisable.

Upgrading and Redecorating the Yakboy Double Bed

While the standard Yakboy Double Bed is functional, it's not exactly stylish. Fortunately, you can customize it! Use pigments to dye it different colors, or upgrade it to the more visually appealing Starry Double Bed. The Starry Double Bed requires the following materials:

Starry Night Double Bed Mattress and Cover: 4 Wool
Mom's Quilts: 4 Wool Cloth, 6 Feathers, 3 Thin Threads

Other Double Beds in My Time At Sandrock

Currently, there's only one other double bed option, available through paid DLC. The Elegant Large Bed is included in the Far East Furniture Pack ($3.99 USD). After purchasing and installing the pack, the bed (along with nine other elegant furniture items) will be delivered to your in-game mailbox. Unlike the Yakboy bed, the Elegant Large Bed (a 4x5 piece) cannot be customized or dyed.
