Roselia (#0315), a Grass and Poison-type Pokémon from the Hoenn region (Generation 3), boasts a maximum Combat Power (CP) of 2114, with 186 Attack and 131 Defense. It's part of a three-stage evolution line: Budew evolves into Roselia (using 25 Candies), and Roselia evolves into Roserade (requiring 100 Candies and a Sinnoh Stone).

Catching a Roselia rewards you with 3 Candies and 100 Stardust. Roselia is tradable within Pokémon GO and can also be transferred to Pokémon HOME.
