The Pokémon Go "Small Yet Strong" event is here! From February 5th to 8th, trainers have a boosted chance to catch unusually sized Pokémon – XXS and XXL – and encounter the Shiny Nymble for the very first time.

This event offers double XP for catching Pokémon, increasing the rewards for your efforts. Prepare for an influx of smaller but mighty Pokémon, perfect for bolstering your team before the upcoming Pokémon Go Tour – Unova.

Wild encounters will feature increased rates of Paras, Natu, Joltik, and various Burmy forms. For a more challenging experience, Dialga and Enamorus (Incarnate Forme) will appear in Five-Star Raids, while Mega Medicham and Mega Tyranitar dominate Mega Raids. Shiny Pokémon may appear in both raid and wild encounters.

Collectors will find 2km Eggs containing Togepi, Azurill, Budew, and Dedenne. Field Research tasks reward encounters with Burmy and Nymble. Don't miss the event-exclusive Timed Research and Collection Challenge, offering Stardust, Poké Balls, and more opportunities to catch event Pokémon.

Regional variations of Flabébé will also appear: Red Flower (Europe, Middle East, Africa), Blue Flower (Asia-Pacific), and Yellow Flower (Americas). White and Orange Flower Flabébé have a chance to appear globally.

PokéStop Showcases will highlight event Pokémon. Finally, be sure to check the Pokémon Go Web Store for essential supplies. Get ready for some pint-sized Pokémon power!
