To unlock "Jeuno: The First Walk," accept the quest "An Otherworldly Encounter" in Tulliyollal. Completion of the Dawntrail Main Scenario Quests (MSQs) is a prerequisite. Follow the quest markers to access the raid, which has an item level requirement of 695.
