Nexon Announces Dynasty Warriors M End Service in 2023

Nexon announces the end of service (EOS) for Dynasty Warriors: Unleashed, the mobile game based on the popular Dynasty Warriors franchise. Players who have enjoyed leading their officers into battle should make the most of the remaining time.

In-app purchases were suspended on December 19th, 2024. The official announcement expressed gratitude to the community but didn't detail the reasons for the game's closure.

The shutdown wasn't unexpected, given the game's performance. Launched in November 2023 by Nexon and Koei Tecmo Games, its lifespan will be just over a year.

Dynasty Warriors: Unleashed EOS Date:

The final battle will conclude on February 20th, 2025. A final update will be released later this month.

Dynasty Warriors: Unleashed offered a unique blend of action and strategy, building on the classic Musou gameplay. Players could collect and train 50 officers from five factions, conquering castles across a vast map with 13 regions and 500 stages. The story mode recreated famous historical events like the Yellow Turban Rebellion and the Battle of Luoyang.
