- Creative Mode launches on August 26th
- Relocate homes and destinations, and change their colors
- This is the fourth game mode to join the lineup
Back in April, Mini Motorways took a scenic detour through Copenhagen with the Spires and Tires update. Now, the game is heading in a completely new direction. The minimalist traffic management simulation is adding its most requested feature yet: Creative Mode.
Creative Mode will arrive in Mini Motorways on August 26th as a free update for Apple Arcade, Nintendo Switch, and Steam. If you've ever looked at a congested city layout and wished you could move that one annoying house—or maybe twenty—Creative Mode is about to make your wish come true.

It gives you complete control over the city, allowing you to relocate houses and destinations, and even recolor them on any existing map. This applies to every roundabout-choked street and motorway-expanded skyline added over the past six years.

And it's not just about visual changes. Creative Mode introduces more upgrade options than ever, enabling you to design the most efficient or imaginative city you can dream up. Want to wind motorways through mountain passes, tuck houses into peaceful tree-lined corners, or test flawless gridlock-free layouts with unlimited tools? Now you can.
This becomes the fourth major mode in Mini Motorways, alongside Classic, Endless, and Expert. But unlike those, Creative Mode puts aside score-chasing in favor of pure creativity. It's city-building without limits, where the only boundary is how much you want to bend the rules of urban planning.
With over nine million players and counting, Mini Motorways has always been about finding order in chaos. Creative Mode turns that concept around, inviting you to design the calm before the commute begins. Download Mini Motorways now by clicking your preferred link below.
