The Lycan is a collaborative effort, with a story by Jane and screenwriter David James Kelly (Logan), a script by Mike Carey (Lucifer, The Unwritten), art by Diego Yapur, colors by D.C. Alonso, lettering by AndWorld Design, and covers by Tim Bradstreet (Punisher MAX, Hellblazer).
Comixology's synopsis for The Lycan #1:
1777: A seasoned group of big-game hunters, returning from Africa, are shipwrecked near a small British isle. Lord Ludgate tasks them with eliminating monstrous beasts terrorizing his people, including a convent of Benedictine nuns.
The Lycan #1 launches digitally on Tuesday, February 18th, exclusively on Comixology Originals. A print compilation by Ablaze Comics will follow the series' completion.
