Excluding bathhouse encounters, six romantic interests await Henry. While most offer fleeting encounters, a couple feature more substantial storylines. These include:

Detailed instructions for each follow below.

One-Night Stands

Doubravka: During the "Wedding Crashers" main quest, converse with Doubravka's mother near the courtyard entrance. She'll suggest a dance. Select these dialogue options: "Don't worry about the people," "You dance like an elf," and "I see. Let's go then."

Black Bartoush: In Trosky Castle during the "For Victory!" quest, speak with Black Bartoush. Choose: "I reckon I know what you're getting at," and "Shall we spend the rest of the evening alone?"

Johanka: Also during "For Victory!", converse with the widow Johanka. Select: "I'll be glad to tell you what happened," "It was a lovely day for bathing," "They almost killed us," and "I think I can convince you."

Lousy Mary: After completing "Into the Underworld" in Kuttenberg City, speak with Lousy Mary and suggest a drink.

Bathhouse Ladies: Major towns and settlements have bathhouses. Paying for "full service" provides clean clothes and the potent "Time Well Spent" buff (+1 Strength, Agility, and Vitality). This buff is awarded for any in-game sexual encounter.

How to Romance Klara

Klara offers a more involved romance. During the "Back in the Saddle" main quest, after the duel with Michael, inform Klara about the knights. She'll invite you herb picking. Choose: "I can't say no to a comely lady," and "I think she's called Klara."

After the pistol tutorial, assist Klara at the jail cells, either by persuasion or combat. Help treat Mark (Schnapps and a bandage) and Zwerk (Schnapps, bandages, wine, and Chamomile Brew). Finally, visit Klara at her house.
