Entry Requirements for Shuyu's Baffling Beetle Battle Bowl

To participate, ensure you meet these criteria:

Adventure Rank 20 or higher.
Completion of the Mondstadt Archon Quest Prologue.
While not mandatory, completing Xianyun's Story Quest, "Grus Serena Chapter," adds context to the event's narrative and introduces Shuyu.

Gameplay Mechanics: Mastering the Beetle Brawl

The event's premise is simple: engage in simulated beetle battles within your Serenitea Pot at Mt. Aocang, using an Onikabuto beetle against various overworld foes. Control your beetle with Forward, Backward, and Jump. Mastering timing and stamina management is key, as movement and attacks consume stamina. Powerful Piercing Strikes require sustained button presses.

Here's a breakdown of each battle:

Stage 1: A basic Hilichurl. Focus attacks on its head, dodging its ground-indicated attacks.
Stage 2: A Hilichurl Berserker with a Pyro Slime. Target its head and the Pyro Slime, particularly when it's preparing to throw it.
Stage 3: A Pyro Abyss Mage. Interrupt its attacks to deal significant damage.
Stage 4: A Cryo Abyss Mage. Employ the same strategy as the Pyro Abyss Mage.
Stage 5: A Stonehide Lawachurl. Attack swiftly, dodging its attacks. A Geo Slime will appear; use a Piercing Strike on the slime for maximum damage.

Strategic Gameplay Tips

Choose "Focused Fight" (two-star difficulty) for optimal Primogem rewards (30 and 20 Primogems depending on the stage).
"Utmost Might" (three-star difficulty) unlocks after clearing "Focused Fight," offering Mora and Enhancement Ores but no Primogems.
