Ubisoft unveiled the latest Rainbow Six Siege operator, Rauora, at the Six Invitational. This New Zealand attack operator boasts a unique gadget: the DOM launcher.
The DOM launcher deploys a bulletproof shield (destructible by explosives) specifically designed for doorways. A crucial tactical element is its variable activation time: one second for attackers, three seconds for defenders. This difference can be game-changing, especially when the defuser is planted.

Rauora also brings a new weapon to the game: the Reaper MK2, a fully automatic pistol with a red dot sight and high-capacity magazine. She can also equip the M249 LMG or the 417 marksman rifle.
Rauora will be playable on the test servers within the coming week, with a later release date for the main game.
