Winter has brought the enchanting Snow Carnival to Honor of Kings, ushering in a season of frosty events and innovative mechanics for players to enjoy over the coming weeks. From now until January 8th, immerse yourself in seasonal festivities, tackle limited-time challenges, and collect exclusive rewards as the chill sets in.
The Snow Carnival in Honor of Kings unfolds in captivating phases to keep the gameplay fresh and engaging. Currently, the Glacial Twisters event is in full swing, challenging you to skillfully navigate through icy tornadoes that impact your movement and positioning. Additionally, you can battle the Snow Overlord and Snow Tyrant, earning a freeze effect upon victory.
Moving into phase two, starting December 12th, you'll encounter the Ice Path effect. Here, you can summon the Shadow Vanguard, who freezes enemies in your path. Complementing this, the hero's Ice Burst skill will be available, triggering an ice explosion that inflicts area-of-effect damage and slows down foes.
The final phase, commencing December 24th, introduces the River Sled event. By defeating the river sprite, you'll gain access to a sled that boosts your speed during retreats. For a lighter experience, dive into the casual modes of Snowy Brawl and Snowy Race.
Beyond the action, the Snow Carnival hosts a variety of reward-focused events. The Zero-Cost Purchase event allows you to select valuable items, including skins, on a daily basis. Engage in tasks such as Mutual Help and the Scoreboard Challenge to earn exclusive cosmetics, like Liu Bei’s Funky Toymaker skin and the highly sought-after Everything Box.
In addition to the event, Honor of Kings has unveiled a sneak peek of its 2025 esports calendar. From regional tournaments to global showdowns, there's much to anticipate next year. The third season of the Honor of Kings Invitational will commence in February in the Philippines, offering numerous thrilling challenges for participants.
