• “Batteries and All” found in the sewer, suggests that the druids might possess Atomic Batteries at their castle in Casterfell Woods, southwest of the area. Navigate through the camp to a door flanked by blue fire torches, enter the Castle Ruins, and find the battery next to the High Priestess overlooking a valley.
• “Battery Request at the Skethermoor Depot” points to a battery at the Skethermoor Vehicle Depot, southeast of Skethermoor at coordinates 43.4 E, 74.6 N. Access it through a blue hatch near two greenhouses on a hill. After clearing out any Outlaws, follow the path down and to the left, climb into a room with a red light, and use a vent to reach a key that unlocks the room with the battery. Don't forget to take Radiation Resistance to survive the environment.
